A recent survey by marketing research agency Millward Brown found that Indonesians spend an average of nine hours, or 540 minutes, a day staring at their electronic devices, the most out of the 30 countries surveyed. The Philippines came in second, at 531 minutes, followed by China (480 minutes). The United States grabbed the fifth spot (444 minutes), with Italy (317 minutes) taking last place. The survey, conducted among more than 12,000 users of televisions, computers, smartphones and/or tablets between the ages of 16 and 45, found that on average, multiscreen users spend around seven hours a day looking at their screens.
